Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Experience Architect to support a growing portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives across CRM, ERP, workflow automation, AI, and other business-critical platforms.
This is a strategic, non-visual UX role focused on shaping end-to-end experiences for employees and customers. We’re looking for someone who excels at understanding complex business processes, uncovering user needs, translating research into actionable insights, and driving alignment across business, product, and technology teams.

What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and research activities
- Define end-to-end experience strategies for large-scale enterprise initiatives
- Create journey maps, service blueprints, personas, process maps, and experience frameworks
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative research to identify opportunities and recommendations
- Uncover user pain points and drive process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, design-thinking sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, architects, engineers, and technology partners
- Establish scalable experience standards, governance models, and design frameworks
- Present research findings, strategic recommendations, and experience roadmaps to leadership
- Champion Human-Centered Design principles across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Experience Architecture, UX Strategy, Human-Centered Design, Service Design, or related disciplines
- Deep expertise in Human-Centered Design methodologies
- Strong experience with journey mapping, service blueprinting, experience architecture, and process mapping
- Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative research experience
- Proven ability to translate business, user, and operational needs into scalable experience solutions
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations and large-scale transformation initiatives
- Ability to leverage research, data, and customer insights to drive decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, workflows, or intelligent user experiences
- Experience supporting digital transformation, modernization, or process improvement programs
- Background partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or Business Transformation teams
- Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefits & conditions
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Compensation: $43hr to $54hr
