What You’ll Do

• Global Collaboration: Organize and lead meetings with international software owners, ensuring every application lifecycle-from launch to retirement-is clearly mapped and managed in our ALM systems.
• Data Stewardship: Partner with teams to keep our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management systems fully up-to-date and audit-ready.
• Security & Compliance: Champion global IT initiatives including patching, archiving, and upgrading, keeping our digital environment safe and compliant.
• Technical Partnership: Bridge the gap between business owners and technical teams (Windows, Linux, Database, Cloud, and more) to ensure seamless migrations and upgrades.
• Project Oversight: Monitor, track, and report on project progress through dashboards and advanced Excel reporting, ensuring all stakeholders stay informed and aligned.

• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: You live in Excel, Teams, and Outlook-using them to master global schedules and drive complex data tracking.
• Influential Leadership: You have a track record of influencing, guiding, and motivating colleagues-even when you don’t have direct authority.
• IT Infrastructure Fluency: You understand application hosting basics on Windows/Linux, databases, and cloud platforms. (You don’t need to be an engineer, but you’re comfortable in technical discussions.)
• Self-Motivation: You drive your work forward with minimal guidance and take initiative at every step.
• Exceptional Organization: Details matter to you-and it shows in your results.
• Flexible Mindset: While primarily based in Jacksonville, you can adjust your schedule to support global teams across time zones.
• Onsite Presence: Commitment to being onsite 3-4 days per week as part of a collaborative hybrid team.
