Job description

We’re seeking an accomplished Information Technology (IT) Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of IT this position will be responsible for all user support in a distributed environment., * Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and operating system issues (Windows and/or macOS)
  • Respond to and resolve tickets escalated from Level 1 support within defined SLA timeframes
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, applications, and updates
  • Perform user account administration (password resets, permissions, group membership)
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and common enterprise tools
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup and access provisioning
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
  • Coordinate with network and infrastructure teams on escalated issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, procedures, and asset inventory
  • Provide on-site and remote support as required
  • Participate in after-hours or on-call support rotations as needed

Requirements

  • Embrace challenges, remain adaptable, and consistently seek opportunities for growth and improvement., * Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field or combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and advanced analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
