  • Would you thrive in a team of technical peers who challenge and elevate each other, while being mentored by conference-level engineers?
  • Do you want to explore technologies like DDD, microservices, event sourcing, and generative AI-all while working remotely up to 4 days a week and earning up to €89.160?, You’ll work in a polyglot stack using Java, Kotlin, Scala, TypeScript, and Go, and explore cutting-edge tech like event sourcing, generative AI, distributed systems, and cloud-native delivery. Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional backend software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Scala (plus optionally TypeScript/Go)
  • Experience with containerization, microservices, and cloud-native architecture is a plus
  • Strong fundamentals in system design, testing, and clean coding is a big plus
  • Curious mindset, proactive communication, and ambition to grow into a senior/lead role
  • A technical BSc or MSc degree (or equivalent thinking level)

  • Permanent contract from day one
  • Up to 4 days remote work per week
  • €5.000 training budget + 6 learning days annually
  • 20+ knowledge-sharing sessions per year
  • 1-on-1 mentoring with conference-level senior engineers
  • New MacBook + accessories (€3.000 budget)
  • New phone every two years + unlimited calling
  • Solid pension scheme
  • Path to senior, tech lead, or principal roles
  • Projects with impact: software used by millions
  • Freedom, flexibility, and support to become your best self
