Job description

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of security projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met.
  • Manage NEC4 contracts, including compensation events, programme management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee installation and upgrade works across CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
  • Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective reporting and escalation where required.
  • Coordinate site activities and ensure health & safety compliance at all stages.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to support the delivery of security system projects across a London-based portfolio. This is a fast-paced contract role requiring strong commercial acumen, proven NEC4 contract experience, and a solid technical understanding of electronic security systems., * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the electronic security sector.

  • Strong commercial awareness with demonstrable experience managing project finances.
  • Solid working knowledge of NEC4 contracts is essential.
  • Technical expertise in CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
  • Good understanding of UK security regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Desirable

  • Relevant project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent).
  • Experience working within public sector or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of integrated security platforms and large-scale deployments.

Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid working model with a mix of site presence in Camden and remote working.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.
