Job description
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of security projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met.
- Manage NEC4 contracts, including compensation events, programme management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee installation and upgrade works across CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective reporting and escalation where required.
- Coordinate site activities and ensure health & safety compliance at all stages.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to support the delivery of security system projects across a London-based portfolio. This is a fast-paced contract role requiring strong commercial acumen, proven NEC4 contract experience, and a solid technical understanding of electronic security systems., * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the electronic security sector.
- Strong commercial awareness with demonstrable experience managing project finances.
- Solid working knowledge of NEC4 contracts is essential.
- Technical expertise in CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
- Good understanding of UK security regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Desirable
- Relevant project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent).
- Experience working within public sector or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of integrated security platforms and large-scale deployments.
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working model with a mix of site presence in Camden and remote working.
- Immediate availability is highly desirable.
