Senior Software Engineer

AI-first, back-end focused, building in C#, .NET and Azure. using events-driven architecture for powerful, real-time data analytics.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Driving the evolution of the platform’s architecture, spotting opportunities to improve performance, scalability and resilience
• Owning technical design decisions while staying hands-on through the full development lifecycle, from concept to delivery
• Championing engineering best practice, clean structure, testability and solid documentation
• Supporting cloud operations across Microsoft Azure, including App Services, CI/CD pipelines and Azure Front Door
• Staying ahead of the curve on emerging tools and techniques, including AI-assisted and agentic development workflows

As the team are embracing AI-powered development, they are looking for prior experience in Cursor, Github CoPilot, and other coding tools., * Strong C# and .NET expertise, with a track record of designing high-performance, real-time systems

• Solid database experience
• Confidence using AI-assisted coding tools and agentic workflows day to day
• Familiarity with Agile environments and collaborative code review
• Git and Azure DevOps knowledge
• A strong communicator, able to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences
