Building and maintaining client-facing applications processing large, complex datasets in real time Driving the evolution of the platform’s architecture, spotting opportunities to improve performance, scalability and resilience Owning technical design decisions while staying hands-on through the full development lifecycle, from concept to delivery Championing engineering best practice, clean structure, testability and solid documentation Supporting cloud operations across Microsoft Azure, including App Services, CI/CD pipelines and Azure Front Door Staying ahead of the curve on emerging tools and techniques, including AI-assisted and agentic development workflows Skills Required Strong C# and .NET expertise, with a track record of designing high-performance, maintainable systems Solid database experience Confidence using AI-assisted coding tools and agentic workflows day to day Familiarity with Agile environments and collaborative code review Azure DevOps knowledge A strong communicator, able to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences Interested?
