Job description
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for an experienced Domain Product Manager to lead the Trips domain, a critical product suite that powers reservation data ingestion, customer-facing savings and comparison insights, and end-to-end ticket lifecycle tracking. This is a high-impact opportunity at the intersection of Product, Data, and Technology, where your work directly influences customer conversations, commercial outcomes, and audit readiness. You’ll own products that ensure reservation data is captured accurately from multiple global sources, transformed into trusted insights, and used to identify recoverable ticket value. Working with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Implementation, Product, and Technology, you’ll shape the future of a globally important domain while balancing data integrity, innovation, and measurable business impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute the Trips domain roadmap across reservation data ingestion, data products, and ticket lifecycle tracking.
- Balance foundational data quality and platform capabilities with commercially visible product enhancements.
- Define and evolve the domain strategy to stay ahead of industry changes, booking source evolution, vendor integrations, and reservation data requirements.
- Establish and monitor quality, performance, and success metrics across all product areas.
- Drive improvements in data ingestion accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Ensure comparison and savings methodologies are transparent, defensible, and audit-ready.
- Maximise the value of unused tickets identified and recovered through effective lifecycle tracking.
- Partner closely with the Product Owner within the domain, providing guidance, support, and direction.
- Maintain decision logs covering data source prioritisation, measurement methodologies, and key domain decisions.
- Lead product capabilities from onboarding through to general availability.
- Develop sales enablement materials, implementation documentation, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Implementation, Technology, and dependent product domains.
- Champion the vision of Platform Services and drive API adoption across global business units.
- Build trust, influence stakeholders, and secure buy-in through effective communication and relationship management.
- Evaluate where AI can improve outcomes while ensuring auditable, deterministic processes remain in place where required.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive. *
Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience as a Product Manager owning a product or domain end-to-end with demonstrated business outcomes.
- Working knowledge of reservation and booking data structures across multiple source types, including GDS and non-GDS environments.
- Strong understanding of data quality management and data integrity principles.
- Ability to communicate and influence across varying levels of technical and business knowledge.
- B2B platform, travel technology, or related industry experience preferred.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Degree in Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience driving outcomes with fully remote and distributed teams.
