Warehouse Junior Associate - SAP needed

Everlight Americas, Inc. is looking for a hardworking Warehouse Junior Associate to support our company’s warehouse day to day operations. The idle candidate will assist in performing various warehouse duties such as receiving and processing incoming products, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, assist with inventory, labeling and other., * Track and verify daily shipping data using internal systems (SAP).

• Investigate and resolve shipment-related issues such as inventory discrepancies, and RMA cases.
• Communicate effectively with the Customer Service, Accounting and Sales team to manage order pulls, ensure accurate documentations.
• Prioritize and coordinate time-sensitive shipping cases by system.
• Oversee dropship execution by entering and tracking orders in the system.
• Receive and track shipments.
• Process receiving invoices and outgoing packing slips
• Unpacking and processing inbound product
• Pick customer orders accurately and prepare all orders for shipment
• Counting product accurately
• Checking inbound and outbound shipments against paperwork
• Conduct quality control of product and outbound shipments
• Maintain clean, neat, and orderly warehouse
• Maintain stock on shelves in prescribed fashion
• Data entry into software programs
• Process E-Commerce Sample Shipments and receiving

Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization * Interact with teammates to recommend process improvements that will benefit our customers and our businesses’ efficiency and effectiveness * Conduct test inventories as needed * Meet deadlines * Other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS

Warehouse environment. Work involves frequent lifting up to 70 lbs., bending, stooping, reaching, and standing for 8 hours. Work under deadlines. Work overtime as needed with pre- approval.

1. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)/ College Graduate

2. SAP experience with Excel - MUST HAVE!!

3. Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.

4. Possess effective communication skills with clear explanations.

5. Possess basic mathematical and computer skills.

11. System proficiency, especially in Excel, and have the ability to learn in-depth internal software programs

Overtime, Weekends as needed, Evenings as needed, Monday to Friday, This is a full-time (hourly, Non-exempt) position, Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Lunch break is 1 hour daily.
