Job description

  • ServiceDesk: Betreuung von Usern rund um Fragen zur iPhone- und iPad-Konfiguration, mobilen Endgeräten und Scannern, Bearbeitung von Anfragen am IT Point
  • Support: Durchführung von IMAC-D Tätigkeiten (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) Break & Fix, Aufbau und Austausch von Hardware sowie Behebung technischer Probleme
  • Hardware & Installation: Installation, Konfiguration und Betankung von PCs, Notebooks, iPhones, Druckern und Kleinperipherie, Lieferung, Aufbau und Anschluss von PCs/Notebooks und Monitoren gemäß Liste oder Auftragssystem

Requirements

  • Erfahrung im o.g. Aufgabengebiet
  • Hardware- und Softwarekenntnisse (z.B. HP, Lenovo, Drucker, Apple IPhone und IPad, IOS Kenntnisse WIN10/WIN11), sowie Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
