Job description

  • Supportaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, Drucker und Netzwerk & Telekom
  • Durchführen von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten B/F, IMAC und H+E Tickets sowie individuellen Projektaufträge

Requirements

  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen und Standard-Applikationen (Office-Produkte, Adobe etc.)
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in Bereich Hardware (PC, Notebooks, Drucker, IP-Telefonie und mobilen Endgeräten)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen
  • Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld (Patching)
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
