IT APPLICATION ANALYST

We are seeking an IT Application Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supporting vendor-supported healthcare applications, clinical workflows, and healthcare data standards, and a proven ability to analyze, design, test, and implement solutions that improve clinical and business operations., * Support software programs or modules across clinical and business functions.

• Analyze, design, test, and implement system changes and integrations.
• Resolve customer issues, manage enhancement requests, and validate solutions against requirements.
• Elicit and document requirements using structured techniques and validate completeness and accuracy with stakeholders.
• Function as a liaison among clinical, business, and technical teams during planning and delivery.
• Configure, design, develop, or modify applications using vendor and internal tools, ensuring data integrity.
• Build credibility and rapport with customers and manage small to mid-sized projects.
• Contribute to software testing activities and support validation efforts.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Information Systems, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting clinical applications in hospital or healthcare environments.
• Experience with vendor-supported healthcare software solutions.
• Understanding of inpatient clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy and security requirements, including HIPAA.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting telehealth or virtual care platforms.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner and clinical integrations.
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interface engines.
• Clinical background (e.g., RN, allied health) or strong clinical informatics experience.
• ITIL Foundation or experience with IT service management frameworks.

Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
