Job description

  • Support and document live operational workflows within a secure, on-site environment in Scottsdale, AZ.
  • Map technical processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Ops, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering to streamline workflows.
  • Draft clear and comprehensive process documentation and improvement suggestions.
  • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and action., * Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment supporting real-time systems.

Requirements

Our client, a leading organization in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated IT Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Technical Operations team supporting real-time systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization., * Strong technical documentation and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows workstation support, real-time operations or command-center environments, TCP/IP networking, or systems administration.
  • Experience working in NOC/SOC or equivalent 24x7 support environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms is a plus.
