  • Full-timeEmployment type: Full-time
  • €39,000 - €56,000 (XING estimate)
  • Hybrid, * Ãœberwachung und Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit technischer Systeme, inklusive Dokumentation der Leistungen und Reporting (Remote-Monitoring von automatisierten Anlagen)
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Kundenanfragen bei Softwareproblemen (1st-Level-Support)
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Bearbeitung eingehender Serviceanfragen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. Fachinformatiker:in für Anwendungsentwicklung, Elektroniker:in für Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Programmierkenntnisse in C#, C++ oder PL/SQL von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb (planbares, arbeitnehmerfreundliches Modell)
  • Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige und kundenfreundliche Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse
