What You Will Deliver

  • Drive rapid prototyping of innovative ideas, transforming concepts into tangible data-driven solutions with speed and efficiency.
  • Lead data science projects end-to-end, from ideation and data preparation through to model development, deployment, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the business.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations that communicate impactful insights and enable informed business decisions.
  • Apply Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) practices to manage and deploy models in production environments using the Azure cloud platform, Docker, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, business-oriented recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to plan and execute data science projects effectively and on schedule.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in data science and proactively champion new technologies and methodologies within the organization.
  • Influence stakeholder opinions and decisions by articulating complex concepts in accessible, business-friendly language.
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or related areas.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience in predictive analytics and operational excellence.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for data science workflows.
  • Knowledge of modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques, including generative AI and advanced machine learning methods.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and introducing new technologies.
