IT Administrator

The IT Administrator will be in charge of all hardware deployment, maintenance and ticketing for the Dallas office. Currently utilizing the support team out of their corporate office, this individual will streamline all of the processes for the team based here in Dallas and will operate as a team of one for right now. There is a mix of hardware and server support as well as software, occasionally supporting and assisting in their cloud environment. This individual will be focused on support for the office locally, but reporting to the UK leaders, there may be support needed over there as well, virtually., Administer and maintain servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments (on-prem and hybrid)

-Monitor system performance, uptime, backups, and disaster recovery readiness

-Manage Active Directory, user authentication, permissions, and group policies

-Ensure system scalability to support project mobilization and demobilization activities

-Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for corporate and field users

-Support laptops, mobile devices, jobsite connectivity, printers, and collaboration tools

-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues with minimal downtime
