IT Site Support Technician

We are seeking an IT Site Support Technician to provide hands-on and remote technical support for a manufacturing facility in Midland, TX. • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, desktop applications, and common end-user issues
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
• Set up and support PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment
• Provide basic support for MacBooks and iOS/iPhone devices
• Assist with network connectivity and device configuration issues
• Support monthly new-hire onboarding, including equipment distribution and account setup
