  • On-site, * Durchführung von IMAC-Services als Onsite IT Support Techniker (m/w/d) in Berlin
  • Installation und Betreuung von IT Support Arbeitsplätzen
  • Unterstützung der Endanwender im täglichen Betrieb als Onsite IT Support Techniker (m/w/d)
  • Inventarisierung und Dokumentation von IT-Equipment in Berlin

Requirements

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT Support oder Onsite-Service
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows und Microsoft 365
  • Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise im Umfeld Berlin
  • Erfahrung im Ticket-System und IT-Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für den Einsatz als Onsite IT Support Techniker (m/w/d)
