Lead Actuarial Data Scientist |

As Lead Actuarial Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in translating the ERGO Group’s global pricing vision into tangible market results. Working alongside the Head of Global P&C Pricing Hub, you’ll lead major initiatives that directly impact ERGO’s competitive positioning and profitability in all our international markets.

How you will get the job done

• designing and overseeing development of next-generation pricing models using ML, GLM, and advanced predictive techniques
• integrating AI-driven insights into multi-line pricing strategies for Motor, Property, Liability, Legal Protection, and other lines of business
• leading cross-country pricing analytics projects from concept to operational deployment
• establishing data governance and feature engineering best practices for high-quality modelling
• partnering with underwriting, product, and claims teams to align model outputs with business objectives, Let’s be balanced - work-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace. • fluency in English (C1)
• 5+ years of experience combining actuarial pricing and advanced data science in P&C insurance
• proven ability to lead cross-entity analytics projects and deliver measurable portfolio improvement
• expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• strong statistical modelling, feature engineering, and data visualisation skills
