Job description

You’ll be closely collaborating with our Art, UI and Game Design leads, contributing to the UX and player experience of the game while helping communicate its deep mechanics.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, UI Designers, and Artists to create intuitive and engaging player experiences
  • Contribute to the UX design of cross-platform (PC/Mobile) features, from early concepts to implementation
  • Apply user-centered design principles, player insights, and research findings to improve the overall player experience
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that clearly communicate design intent
  • Support the definition of UX solutions for game systems and mechanics, ensuring they are intuitive and accessible
  • Analyze player behavior, usability findings, and gameplay data to identify UX improvements and validate design decisions
  • Participate in user research activities, including playtests, usability testing, interviews, and surveys, helping translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with Design to iterate on game mechanics and improve usability through rapid prototyping and testing
  • Collaborate with UI and Art to maintain a consistent visual language and user experience across the game
  • Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously iterate based on team and player feedback

Requirements

  • 3+ years of UX design experience, with a proven track record in mobile and live game development
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn player data and research into actionable design decisions
  • Good understanding of UX research methodologies and experience participating in user testing
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Experience working with and maintaining UX design systems, including creating, updating, and evolving reusable components and design patterns.
  • Ability to understand basic game design and product principles and simplify them for users
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Staying up to date on best practices, emerging trends, and industry best practices
  • Passion for games and creating great player experiences
  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn through feedback
  • English B2 or above
  • Active English speaker B2 and above

  • Experience in a Human Centered Design approach to development
  • Experience in 4x games with deep customization and Meta-progression systems
  • Experience in RPG and combat systems
  • Experience on different platforms (mobile/PC/…)
  • An avid player of F2P/GAS strategy and RPG games
