Senior Data Engineer

• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code using strong engineering and testing practices.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements and coordinate technical topics.
• Take ownership of solutions while aligning with technical peers and proactively contributing to team improvements.

• 5-7 years of Data Engineering experience in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience with dbt or similar data transformation and modeling tools.
• Experience with GCP is preferred; strong Azure or AWS experience is also considered.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and architecture design.
• Experience building clean, maintainable, production-grade code with appropriate testing strategies.
• Experience with data analysis workflows using Polars, Pandas, or similar libraries.
• Strong ability to translate business and product requirements into technical designs.
• Comfortable with context switching, independent ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and working in a product-oriented environment.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows using Python, SQL, Airflow, and dbt.
• Develop cloud-based data solutions, primarily in GCP, while working with modern data architectures and modeling practices.
