Project Manager - ERP or Saas

A an opportunity for a talented Project Manager to join this successful Consultancy

This role sits within the Delivery function and is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of ERP and SaaS solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers.

You will own multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations, with a strong focus on time-to-value, delivery quality, and customer experience.

Project Delivery

*Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and SaaS implementation projects (Sage X3, Intacct, Cloud Docs)

*Manage multiple concurrent projects across varying levels of complexity(Small-Mid)

*Define and manage project scope ,timelines, and deliverables

*Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope Stakeholder Management

*Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders

*Runkeyceremonies:kick-offs,statusupdates,riskreviews,andgo-liveplanning

*Manage expectations across both technical and non-technical audiences

*Handle escalations effectively and professionally

*Manage daily communication and collaboration with internal project stakeholders

*3-5years’experience managing software implementation projects(SaaS or ERP)

*Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (typically4-8dependingon size)

*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

*Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects

*Familiarity with ERP systems, finance systems ,or payments/AP workflows

*Experience with project management tools (e.g.Jira, Asana, Smartsheet), *A desirable certification would be PMP ,Scrum Master or a similar certification
