Job description
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will:
- Lead the configuration and governance of complex Salesforce solutions, including Flows, Lightning Pages, sharing and user management.
- Own Salesforce security, permissions and least-privilege access.
- Lead declarative release management, sandbox strategy and deployment processes.
- Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Solution Architects and Business Analysts to deliver scalable solutions.
- Champion a declarative-first approach and help reduce technical debt.
- Lead significant configuration projects from scoping through to release.
- Support testing, UAT and incident resolution.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Salesforce Administrators.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical reviews and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Essential:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex or enterprise environment.
- Strong experience with Advanced Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Object Manager, sharing architecture and Salesforce security.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, environments and release management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience mentoring or technically guiding other team members.
Desirable:
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience with Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP or Experience Cloud.
- Experience with tools such as Gearset, Copado or FormAssembly.
- Agile/product-led technology experience.
- Charity or nonprofit sector experience.
