Job description

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will:

  • Lead the configuration and governance of complex Salesforce solutions, including Flows, Lightning Pages, sharing and user management.
  • Own Salesforce security, permissions and least-privilege access.
  • Lead declarative release management, sandbox strategy and deployment processes.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Solution Architects and Business Analysts to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Champion a declarative-first approach and help reduce technical debt.
  • Lead significant configuration projects from scoping through to release.
  • Support testing, UAT and incident resolution.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Salesforce Administrators.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical reviews and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Essential:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex or enterprise environment.
  • Strong experience with Advanced Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Object Manager, sharing architecture and Salesforce security.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, environments and release management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience mentoring or technically guiding other team members.

Desirable:

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience with Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP or Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with tools such as Gearset, Copado or FormAssembly.
  • Agile/product-led technology experience.
  • Charity or nonprofit sector experience.
