Timelines Scheduling Operations Resourcing Reengineering Process Mapping Business Process SAP Applications Domain Knowledge Agile Methodology Change Management Business Analysis Project Management Workday (Software) Business Valuation Software Solutions Workflow Management Time Off Management Financial Management Business Requirements Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Requirements Elicitation Verbal Communication Skills Business Requirements Documentation, Primary Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: * Creating business requirement documents, use cases, and process maps. * Designing solutions to support non-standard work that meets business needs, workflow changes, and/or process re-engineering. * Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding. * Partner with the other Benefits & EBS leads to ensure a common consistent process * Coordinate with SAP, operational, and business process SMEs across RTX * Leading the testing and validation of proposed solutions and ensuring that they meet business requirements. * Assist in training users and providing ongoing support for new or updated systems. * Foster relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and business partners * Assist project management with scheduling, resourcing, and change management activities.
