Job description

Process Analyst to support a high-profile initiative focused on evaluating payroll operations, governance, and related financial reporting processes following a major ERP implementation. The ideal candidate brings a strong experience in payroll systems process improvement and ,stakeholder management This consultant will serve as the primary coordinator and facilitator of a cross-functional team responsible for assessing current-state payroll processes, identifying gaps, clarifying ownership and accountability, and driving process improvement recommendations., * Coordinate and drive execution across multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities and limited availability.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions with leadership and subject matter experts.
  • Document current-state business processes and develop future-state recommendations.
  • Create process maps, workflows, governance documentation, and business process narratives.
  • Identify process breakdowns, ownership gaps, and operational improvement opportunities.
  • Develop project workplans, meeting materials, executive summaries, and status reporting.
  • Establish governance frameworks and accountability structures to support ongoing operational success.
  • Support stakeholder alignment and executive decision-making through structured analysis and documentation.
  • Drive deliverable completion and maintain project momentum in a fast-moving environment. Top Skills

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Management Consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong process mapping and business process documentation expertise
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and payroll operations.
  • Experience supporting ERP-related business process initiatives.
  • Exposure to Workday or similar HCM/payroll platforms.
  • Public sector or government experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience creating executive-level deliverables, presentations, meeting artifacts, and workplans.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive progress in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience partnering with leaders and executive stakeholders.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
