Manager, Change Management

Marvin seeks a Manager, Change Management to lead enterprise change initiatives across our manufacturing and corporate teams. In this role, you will design and execute change strategies for process, system, and organizational transformations, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption. You’ll partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, HR, and project teams to assess impacts, build communication and training plans, and coach leaders through change. Leveraging data and continuous improvement principles, you’ll standardize tools and methods that support Marvin’s people-first culture, safety, craftsmanship, and long-term employee growth., * Lead change management initiatives across manufacturing and corporate functions to support strategic priorities

• Develop and execute change strategies, communications, and training plans for process, systems, and organizational changes
• Partner with plant leadership, engineering, and HR to assess change impacts and readiness
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and feedback loops to drive adoption and minimize disruption
• Define and track success metrics, using data to adjust change plans and ensure sustainable outcomes
• Coach leaders and front-line supervisors on change leadership behaviors and communication
• Standardize change management methods, tools, and templates across Marvin
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Coordinate with project managers to integrate change management into project plans and timelines
• Promote a people-first culture that reinforces Marvin’s values, craftsmanship, and long-term employee growth
