Job description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Workday Adaptive Planning, enterprise application development, and integrations. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable planning solutions and enterprise applications supporting forecasting, financial planning, and business operations., * Design, configure, and implement Workday Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
- Develop integrations using Java, Python, Custom Cloud Loader, and REST APIs.
- Build and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Angular, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Participate in technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring to engineering team members.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and recommend improvements to architecture and engineering processes.
- Develop or support AI/LLM-powered solutions to improve business processes and enterprise outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing scalable, production-grade enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including model development, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and data transformation.
- Experience with Java, Spring, Microservices, Angular, Node.js, Python, and AWS.
- Experience with the full SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, unit testing, and production support.
- Experience developing or deploying solutions using AI/LLMs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
