  • Own Front-End Development: Write and maintain well-structured HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Build reusable templates, blocks, and components that keep the site consistent and easy to extend.
  • Convert Designs to Code: Partner with brand and design to accurately implement Figma designs, preserving visual fidelity, spacing, and interaction detail across breakpoints.
  • Optimize Performance: Own site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness as hard requirements. Diagnose and fix render, load, and layout issues so pages are fast on every device.
  • Enable Conversion and Testing: Build landing pages, forms, and interactive elements that support demo requests and campaign conversion. Implement A/B tests and CRO changes in partnership with digital marketing.
  • Implement Tracking and Tags: Set up and maintain analytics, conversion tracking, event tags, and UTM handling (e.g., Google Tag Manager) so digital performance is accurately measured.
  • Support SEO and AEO Execution: Partner with digital marketing to implement technical and on-page SEO improvements, including semantic markup, structured data, metadata, image alt text, internal linking, redirects, broken-link remediation, sitemaps, indexability, and site architecture. Help resolve technical issues identified through ongoing SEO audits and monitoring.
  • Support Web Integrations: Implement and troubleshoot website integrations with marketing and business platforms, including embedded forms, event platforms, recruiting tools, consent management, analytics, and other third-party scripts or services.
  • Uphold Privacy and Compliance: Implement and maintain cookie consent, tracking governance, and accessibility standards (WCAG) so the site stays compliant with privacy regulations and usable for all visitors.
  • Manage Staging and Releases: Use disciplined staging, version control, and conduct cross-browser, responsive, accessibility, tracking, and regression QA before and after releases. so changes ship to production cleanly, without breaking existing pages or performance.
  • Maintain Site Health: Own plugin updates, security patches, uptime, broken-link and redirect management, routine technical audits, and ongoing technical upkeep of the site.
  • Partner Across Marketing: Work closely with digital, brand, design, and product marketing to scope, prioritize, and deliver web work that supports campaigns, launches, and field motions on deadline., We are a fully remote company. Occasional company-sponsored travel may be required for team meetings, events, or other business needs, up to 10%, to be successful.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on web development experience, ideally building and maintaining B2B marketing or corporate websites.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to build responsive, cross-browser, mobile-first pages from scratch.
  • Deep hands-on WordPress experience, including theme and template development, custom blocks, and working within a page builder environment.
  • Proven track record optimizing site performance, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
  • Experience implementing analytics and conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and event and UTM tracking.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals such as semantic markup, structured data, and site architecture.
  • Comfort translating Figma designs into high-fidelity, production-ready pages.
  • Disciplined approach to staging, version control (Git), QA, and clean deployment to production.
