Job description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows workstations, servers, applications, and peripherals.
  • Perform basic Windows system administration, including user accounts, permissions, software installation, and configuration.
  • Support Active Directory, user management, Group Policy, and access permissions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and Windows OS issues.
  • Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through IT ticketing systems.
  • Assist with SCCM/MECM imaging, software deployment, application packaging, and patching.
  • Follow established incident, change management, security, and compliance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and ticket updates.
  • Provide professional customer service and explain technical issues clearly to end users.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Windows desktops and enterprise IT environments.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience across hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing and change management processes.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures accurately in a compliance-driven environment., * SCCM/MECM workstation imaging and application packaging experience.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools.
  • Basic PowerShell and Group Policy knowledge.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring and patch management tools.
