Job description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows workstations, servers, applications, and peripherals.
- Perform basic Windows system administration, including user accounts, permissions, software installation, and configuration.
- Support Active Directory, user management, Group Policy, and access permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and Windows OS issues.
- Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and escalate issues when needed.
- Manage incidents and service requests through IT ticketing systems.
- Assist with SCCM/MECM imaging, software deployment, application packaging, and patching.
- Follow established incident, change management, security, and compliance procedures.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and ticket updates.
- Provide professional customer service and explain technical issues clearly to end users.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows desktops and enterprise IT environments.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience across hardware and software.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing and change management processes.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow procedures accurately in a compliance-driven environment., * SCCM/MECM workstation imaging and application packaging experience.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools.
- Basic PowerShell and Group Policy knowledge.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and patch management tools.
