Job description

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows workstations, servers, applications, and peripherals.
Perform basic Windows system administration, including user accounts, permissions, software installation, and configuration.
Support Active Directory, user management, Group Policy, and access permissions.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and Windows OS issues.
Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and escalate issues when needed.
Manage incidents and service requests through IT ticketing systems.
Assist with SCCM/MECM imaging, software deployment, application packaging, and patching.
Follow established incident, change management, security, and compliance procedures.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and ticket updates.
Provide professional customer service and explain technical issues clearly to end users.

Requirements

Experience supporting Windows desktops and enterprise IT environments.
Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
Hands-on troubleshooting experience across hardware and software.
Familiarity with IT ticketing and change management processes.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow procedures accurately in a compliance-driven environment., * SCCM/MECM workstation imaging and application packaging experience.
Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools.
Basic PowerShell and Group Policy knowledge.
Familiarity with system monitoring and patch management tools.
