Job description

Software Engineer Level 2 responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Must be strong in C#, .NET, React, API development, cloud deployment, and DevOps automation., * Build and maintain full stack solutions using C#, .NET, React

Develop APIs, microservices, and scalable front-end components
Work across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures
Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, containerization
Deploy solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Troubleshoot performance, security, and availability issues
Support cloud migration and hybrid architecture transitions
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cloud teams
Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
Work within Agile/Scrum teams

Requirements

C# + .NET + React
Enterprise web application experience
Cloud or hybrid development exposure (Azure/AWS)
APIs + microservices + CI/CD + DevOps
Insurance / workers comp background is a plus, not required, * 5+ years hands-on experience with C# and .NET
Strong experience with React or modern JS frameworks
Cloud experience: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
DevOps/CI/CD: Git, Azure DevOps, pipelines, automation
Docker, Kubernetes experience
Experience building APIs, microservices, distributed systems
Strong knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, data structures
Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB (preferred)
Experience with hybrid cloud environments (preferred)
Azure/AWS Developer certifications (preferred)
