Job description

Introduction: The Performance Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of applications, databases, infrastructure, and cloud environments. They will use APM & RUM tools such as AppDynamics, New Relic, and Datadog to identify bottlenecks and improve system performance. The Performance Engineer will also design and execute performance testing to ensure scalability, reliability, and user experience., * Perform end-to-end performance analysis across applications, databases, infrastructure, and cloud environments

  • Identify bottlenecks using tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, JFR, and YourKit
  • Optimize system performance through JVM tuning, analysis, and database/query optimization
  • Design and execute performance testing (load, stress, endurance) using JMeter, Gatling, and K6
  • Provide actionable insights to improve scalability, reliability, and user experience

Requirements

  • Strong experience with APM & RUM tools (AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure (ECS, EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases and caching strategies
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and frontend performance tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools)
  • Experience in microservices and cloud-native performance engineering
  • Strong monitoring/dashboard skills (Grafana, ELK, Quantum Metric)
