Job description

The organization is looking for a senior-level Epic analyst who supports pharmacy-related Epic applications, specifically Willow Ambulatory. This person will work with pharmacy teams and IT teams to improve workflows, build and maintain Epic functionality, troubleshoot issues, support upgrades, and help optimize pharmacy operations. Core Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and support Epic applications
  • Work with pharmacy stakeholders to improve workflows
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues
  • Support Epic upgrades and system maintenance
  • Manage projects and system enhancements
  • Participate in on-call support rotation
  • Assist with training and user support
  • Document changes and maintain application standards
  • Mentor less experienced analysts

Requirements

  • Will consider other Epic certifications if you have relevant experience 2. 4+ years of Healthcare Information Systems experience
  • Direct experience supporting healthcare applications, EMRs, or hospital information systems 3. Epic Build Experience
  • Configuration, design, build, testing, implementation, and optimization experience
  • Strong preference for hands-on Epic build work 4. Pharmacy Experience
  • Ambulatory pharmacy preferred
  • Retail, specialty, outpatient, home health, or hospital pharmacy backgrounds are relevant
