Sr. Client Implementation Specialist, RMIS Solutions

This is a highly client-facing role th combines implemention, project management, technical configurion, and training. The individual will work closely with both clients and internal Gallagher Bassett teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, strong adoption, and ongoing effective use of RMIS solutions. This position is fully remote and would have minimal travel requirements. How you’ll make an impact

• Lead clients through the full implemention lifecycle from kickoff through go live, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with expections
• Partner with clients to understand their business needs and develop clear project plans, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables
• Facilite kickoff meetings and maintain ongoing communicion, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implemention process
• Configure the RMIS plform to align with client requirements, including workflows, reporting, and system functionality tailored to their operions
• Utilize tools such as SQL to support reporting, da validion, and issue resolution
• Respond to questions from clients and internal stakeholders, providing both functional and technical guidance
• Develop and deliver customized training to support user adoption and ensure clients are confident using the system
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support following implemention, helping clients maximize the value of the plform
• Collabore with internal Gallagher Bassett partners to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience
• Manage a portfolio of clients various stages of implemention and support,typically supporting engagements simultaneously

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with RMIS plform/s
• Hands on experience with system implemention, configurion, and client delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced, client driven setting

Preferred

• Experience within insurance, claims, or risk management environments preferred

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compension package. The base salary range represents the anticiped low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compension will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, educion, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
