Salary: Up to £80k Starting Base +Industry leading bonus + Benefits

Location: London (Hybrid)

Role Responsibilities (Full spec available):

Provide on-site and remote desktop support in a mixed OS environment
Troubleshoot hardware, Microsoft 365, and access-related issues
Manage incidents and collaborate with internal teams
Participate in rotational on-call support
Automates deployments and fixes (PowerShell, scripts)
Provide 1st through to 3rd line support

Ideal Candidates:

Experience with Windows, Linux and Mac support
Strong SCCM
Knowledge of Virtualization is a plus
Practical experience working in fast-paced, time-critical environments- Industry/trading floor experience highly desired
Someone who’s eager and ready to learn and take on new challenges!
