UX Interaction Designer

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Interaction Designer to help shape intuitive, consumer-grade experiences for business applications. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to lead UX efforts across the product lifecycle-from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web-based productivity tools.
• Partner with product managers to enhance UX for supply chain/distribution solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final design specs.
• Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement designs.
• Influence design standards and ensure brand consistency.
• Evaluate features using usability heuristics and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years in UX or interaction design with launched web/software products.
• Experience with ERP, cloud financial, or operational systems preferred.
• Skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing UX design work.
