Our client is expanding its digital capability and investing heavily in its online experience, creating an opportunity for an Ecommerce Content Executive to take ownership of engaging, conversion-focused content across web and app platforms. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your ideas directly influence how customers discover, browse and purchase. With a strong emphasis on storytelling, seasonal campaigns and customer journeys, this is a role where creativity meets performance data to deliver measurable impact.
The Ecommerce Content Executive will shape and optimise on-site experiences, ensuring content is visually compelling, commercially effective and aligned to wider digital strategy.
Role Highlights
- Manage and publish website and app content using CMS tools
- Build and refresh seasonal landing pages and gift guides
- Analyse performance data to improve conversion and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing, trade and creative teams
- Proactively audit and enhance the end-to-end customer journey
You Will Need
- Experience using CMS platforms (e.g. Amplience or similar)
- Strong content planning and briefing capability
- Working knowledge of HTML and digital best practices
- Confidence using analytics tools such as GA4
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams
