Job description

  • Verantwortlichkeiten im Bereich Microsoft Active Directory, M365 & Azure AD sowie Microsoft Exchange Hybrid

Verwaltung der Betriebssysteme von Microsoft Servern und Desktops Administration der VMWare Virtualisierungsplattform Überwachung und Anpassung von Sicherheitssystemen Pflege der Check Point Firewall Infrastruktur Bearbeitung und Pflege von Support-Tickets Bereitstellung von Benutzerunterstützung auf 1st und 2nd Level, unterstützt durch das IT-Helpdesk Ticketsystem

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Fachinformatiker/in) und/oder abgeschlossenes (Wirtschafts-) Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und anspruchsvolle Qualitätsansprßche an die eigene Arbeit Selbstständige, betriebsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und hohe Teamfähigkeit Freundliche und aufgeschlossene PersÜnlichkeit Gute bis sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift) Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen
