eCommerce Specialist

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, We are an established Pro Audio/Video and Security company with a rapidly growing eCommerce division, in which we are looking to add to our team. Our ideal eCommerce Digital Specialist will perform a variety of functions to ensure products are optimized on our online catalog as well as 3rd party marketplace sales channels. Position will require strong attention to detail with the creation and maintenance of digital content and product listings. The position Manages day-to-day change in all aspects of our marketplaces for our eCommerce business., * Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years relevant experience

• Experience in working with an online catalog (Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify)
• experience with 3rd party online marketplace sales channels (Amazon, eBay, NewEgg, etc.)
• Have experience with SEO best practices and techniques
• Strong Customer service and business to business acumen
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to multi-task and work in a multifaceted environment
• Excellent pc/internet skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Are reliable, dependable, self-driven and able to work with little supervision.
• Enjoys working both with a team and individually
• Possess excellent Microsoft Office skills. Excel skills are necessary

As a key part of the eCommerce sales team you will be responsible for but not limited to reporting and analytics as well as listing and maintaining existing products on our Marketplace sales channels. Some order maintenance and customer service, as well as phone and online chat duties will be expected.
