Job description

Marketplace Operations & Execution

  • Manage and optimize product listings and content across Amazon and other marketplaces
  • Ensure listing accuracy, compliance, and strong organic performance
  • Monitor customer reviews, Q&A, and overall marketplace health in partnership with internal teams
  • Maintain promotional and product calendars and support seasonal initiatives
  • Resolve listing issues, data errors, and technical challenges with internal teams and external partners
  • Apply marketplace best practices and guidelines to continuously improve performance
  • Support and optimize digital advertising or product positioning where applicable

Marketplace Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Brand, Design & Innovation, Digital, and Sales teams on marketplace content and campaigns
  • Support marketplace sales forecasting and demand planning
  • Assist with long-term marketplace planning for assigned brands
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to execute marketplace initiatives
  • Monitor industry, competitive, and platform trends to inform strategy

Reporting, Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketplace KPIs
  • Deliver performance insights and trend analysis to support decision-making
  • Monitor revenue, advertising performance, and account health metrics

Requirements

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in consumer marketing, packaged goods, or B2C environments
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, including listing creation and optimization, search term research, and adherence to Amazon best practices
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and work independently

Nice to Have

  • Additional experience in omni-channel B2C marketing
  • Copywriting and copy-editing experience for marketing materials or product listings
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, analytics tools, or digital marketing technologies
  • Interest in or exposure to fragrance, personal care, or home fragrance categories
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes
