Job description

The Director of Strategy, Data & Analytics is responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across Information Security through the development of centralized analytics, outcome-driven metrics, strategic reporting, and executive insights. The role leads the evolution of enterprise platforms such as Argus and Strategy Stream, ensuring leaders have a trusted, integrated view of security strategy execution, product lifecycle management, spend optimization, rationalization efforts, and organizational performance. The director partners across InfoSec to identify, ingest, and visualize critical data assets, establish governance and measurement standards, and deliver scalable solutions that improve transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making.

About the team:

The Strategy, Data & Analytics team enables data-driven decision making across Information Security by developing outcome-driven metrics, centralized analytics, executive reporting, and strategic insights. The team owns and evolves key decision-support platforms, while building dashboards, data catalogs, and governance processes that improve transparency, accountability, and organizational performance. By connecting strategy, metrics, investments, product lifecycle management, and business outcomes, the team provides leaders with a trusted, integrated view of the information needed to make informed decisions and drive security objectives forward.

What you’ll do:

Lead a high-performing Strategy, Data & Analytics team responsible for delivering the data, platforms, metrics, and insights that enable informed decision-making across Information Security. Drive the vision and roadmap for centralized analytics, outcome-driven metrics, executive reporting, and Argus platform capabilities. Partner across leadership, product, and engineering teams to establish trusted data, governance, and measurement frameworks that improve transparency, strategic planning, performance management, and investment decisions. Leverage data, automation, and innovative technologies to deliver actionable insights, strengthen business outcomes, and advance the organization’s strategic objectives.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 6years’ experience in information security or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.Option 2: 8 years’ experience in information security or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

3 years’ supervisory experience.

Certification in Security+, GISF, CISM, or CISA, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area and 4 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
