Mandatory Hands & Feet Skills

• Responsible for providing 24 7 operational support for overall infrastructure and datacenter operations, including servers, storage, networking, racks, and related equipment.
• Perform 100% hands-on datacenter activities, including server and rack management, fiber and copper cabling, hardware installation, decommissioning, break/fix, and related physical infrastructure tasks.
• Strong experience with racking, stacking, cabling, installation, decommissioning, and break/fix activities for datacenter hardware such as servers, storage systems, backup equipment, routers, switches, firewalls, and other infrastructure devices.
• 3 7 years of experience managing datacenter operations within large and complex customer environments.
• Experience with capacity planning for rack space, power, cooling, DC modular containment, and the monitoring tools and services required to support datacenter operations.
• Handle incidents and service requests while consistently adhering to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with various datacenter vendors for new installations, maintenance activities, and break/fix requirements.
• Support project teams with new hardware installations, deployments, and equipment decommissioning.
