Requirements

️ 15+ years of HRIS administration experience ️ Hands-on ADP Workforce Now (WFN) configuration & administration ️ Strong Workday experience with Report Writer, calculated fields & dashboards ️ Experience with Sequoia, MetLife & Vanguard integrations ️ Payroll reconciliation, deduction audits & data governance ️ Workday Domain Security Policies (DSPs) and ADP access controls ️ Experience managing ADP system updates, sandbox testing & deployments ️ Strong knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA & COBRA
