This role focuses heavily on large-scale data manipulation, market intelligence, and workflow optimization. You’ll partner with high-performing teams to organize complex datasets, identify patterns and trends, and help improve how information is gathered, analyzed, and utilized across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manipulate, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple internal and external sources
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to streamline research workflows and improve data quality
- Conduct market and company research to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain structured databases, dashboards, and reporting trackers
- Support data-driven initiatives by synthesizing complex information into clear takeaways
- Monitor and validate data accuracy while improving internal processes and reporting efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, and strategy teams on research initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows through automation, AI, and process improvement
Requirements
Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, market research, business intelligence, operations, consulting, or a similar analytical environment
- Strong experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or data enrichment technologies
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong research and analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
- Self-starter mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities, * Bachelor’s (Preferred)
