ERP Business Analyst - Fixed Term Contract - 6 months £60k p.a. Warwickshire -On-site / hybrid We’re looking for an ERP Business Analyst for a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a role where you’ll support a cloud-based ERP system - helping to understand and implement solutions for various business areas. The key focus will be on logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes.

You’ll be working closely with team members and vendor consultants, helping to define optimised business processes and deliver high-quality, reliable IT solutions. As part of a small and collaborative team, you’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Map business processes and gather system requirements
• Help to design ERP solutions to meet operational needs
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues
• Support reporting, analytics, and critical business metrics
• Drive continuous improvement and support change management
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams across departments

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in ERP Business Analytics or related roles
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience in consulting or working with external vendors is a plus

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related business discipline (or equivalent) would be ideal but is not essential.
