This is an opportunity to join a major ERP transformation programme as a Business Analyst, working across business and technology teams to improve processes and support the delivery of change. The role would suit an experienced BA with strong ERP experience and a proven background working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

You will play a key role in understanding business requirements, mapping processes and translating business needs into practical solutions across a complex ERP environment. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, technical teams and delivery partners throughout the project lifecycle. Business Analyst - ERP/Dynamics 365 F&O Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and operational challenges.
• Map current and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support ERP transformation, implementation and business change initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into practical Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to assess system changes and impacts.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Produce requirements documentation, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support requirements prioritisation and management throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing, including test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Identify risks, dependencies, issues and opportunities for process improvement.
• Act as a key link between business stakeholders, technical teams and project delivery teams.

Business Analyst - ERP/Dynamics 365 F&O Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within a complex business or technology change environment.
• Strong experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with process mapping and business process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across business, technical and delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business transformation.
• Significant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation and change activities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and operate effectively in a changing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

Desirable Experience

• Experience supporting a large-scale ERP transformation or implementation.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement or Operations.
• Experience working with systems integration and third-party applications.
• Experience with data migration, data quality or reporting requirements.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
