Job description

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on product thinking, user flows, and interaction design to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences across web and mobile products, translating business requirements into seamless user journeys and scalable design solutions. Beyond creating visually appealing interfaces, you will play a key role in defining how users interact with products, ensuring that every feature delivers a clear, efficient, and engaging experience.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to design end-to-end workflows, optimize user journeys, and deliver user-centric digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Create user flows, task flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate product requirements and business objectives into intuitive user experiences.
  • Define information architecture and interaction patterns for complex product features.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to shape product functionality and user journeys.
  • Identify user pain points and propose UX improvements through research and analysis.
  • Design high-fidelity UI screens aligned with product requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design quality throughout implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and product thinking.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of: User Experience (UX) Design, User Flow Design, Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, User Journey Mapping, Usability Principles.
  • Ability to design complex workflows and feature journeys from concept to implementation.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing Web3, Fintech, or AI products.
  • Familiarity with Design Systems and component-based design.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of product metrics, conversion funnels, and data-driven design decisions.
