Requirements

  • 2-3+ years designing and shipping web product UI/UX, in a role where you both designed and wrote frontend code.
  • A portfolio of original UI/UX work - flows, interaction, and visual design you created yourself (not only implemented mockups), with your reasoning.
  • Expert in Figma - component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Strong frontend skills - React, HTML5, CSS3 (responsive, mobile-first), TypeScript - you ship production code.
  • Strong visual craft - typography, spacing, hierarchy, and an eye for near-pixel-perfect execution.
  • Good communication and teamwork in English and Vietnamese.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing data-heavy, dashboard, or complex B2B / AI product interfaces.
  • Component-driven workflow - design tokens, Storybook, shadcn/Radix or similar.
  • Motion and interaction design - Framer Motion, GSAP or similar.
  • Accessibility (WCAG) experience.
  • Familiarity with REST / GraphQL data flows.
  • Git and Agile / Scrum ways of working.

About the company

Who you’ll work withAbout Fetch Technology

Fetch’s mission: connect Vietnam’s most talented technologists with the world’s leading tech companies, and grow their expertise globally.

Over 8 years, Fetch has earned the trust of Vietnamese and international companies - bridging the global tech sector and Vietnam.

About the Client

A global leader in AI-driven solutions for transportation, logistics, and smart-city applications. They build products that leverage artificial intelligence to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making - where dense data and complex workflows have to feel simple on screen.

What you’ll own

  • Own UI/UX design end to end - user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual design in Figma.
  • Turn complex AI and data workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces - simplifying dense concepts into guided flows and approachable interactions.
  • Ship your designs in code - build production frontend with React, HTML5/CSS3, working in the codebase day to day (not handoff-only).
  • Build and maintain the design system and component library - keeping design and code in sync as the product scales.
  • Prototype and validate - clickable prototypes, lightweight usability checks, and iteration based on user and stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure responsive, mobile-first, accessible (WCAG) experiences with near-pixel-perfect execution across browsers and devices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers across discovery, design, build, and QA.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and take part in code reviews.
