Senior Java Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering scalable cloud-native applications that support critical business initiatives. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to build modern, high-performing digital solutions., * Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

• Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services to support business-critical applications.
• Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with architects, quality engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in application modernization initiatives and contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement performance improvements across applications and services.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and Agile development methodologies.

• 8+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot .
• Strong experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures .
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Expertise working with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and SQL databases.
• Experience developing front-end applications using Angular (versions 13-16) .
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, application performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
• Experience working within Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

• Experience using Python for automation, scripting, or application development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated deployment practices.
• Experience in cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.
• Prior experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.

• AWS certifications or other relevant cloud certifications.

The annual salary for this position is anticipated to be between $81,337 and $136,500 , depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

In addition to base salary, eligible associates may participate in performance-based incentive programs and other compensation initiatives where applicable.
