Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a secure Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
Develop solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Flow Designer, Workflows, Dashboards, and Reporting.
Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and customizations following ServiceNow best practices.
Support enterprise modules including ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and Workforce Management.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and platform governance.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript), and platform integrations.
Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and upgrades.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance.
Security+ CE certification (DoD 8570 IAT Level II).
Ability to work onsite at one of the following locations, * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ITIL Certification.
Experience with OMT, TSM, TSOM, AWS, Jira, Git, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.
