Professional Services Consultant - MadridFull-timeCP Department: Check Point ServicesOffice Location: Madrid, SpainJoin Check Point Software Technologies as a Professional Services Consultant and be part of our global mission.As leaders in the Cyber Security industry, we tackle the most complex challenges head?on.Our diverse team of passionate individuals is dedicated to innovation and excellence.We empower our clients with cutting?edge solutions, serving a growing global customer base.By joining our team, youâll have the chance to make a meaningful impact in a remote?friendly, fast?paced, and fun environment.ResponsibilitiesConsultation:Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Check Point solutions.Solution Design:Create effective security solutions aligned with industry best practices and client objectives.Implementation:Lead seamless deployments of Check Point solutions, both remotely and on?site.Training:Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients and their teams.Technical Support:Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Customer Advocacy:Build strong client relationships and provide prompt support.Documentation:Maintain detailed project records and documentation.Continuous Learning:Stay updated on Cyber Security trends and Check Point products.Collaboration:Work with cross?functional teams to ensure client success.Regional Travel:Travel regionally as needed to serve clients effectively.This is a hybrid role, combining on?site work at customer offices with remote working.QualificationsThorough hands?on knowledge of Check Point products.5+ years of experience with IP?based networks, network design, and security products.Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and cyber security concepts.Solid understanding of network infrastructure (routing, switching, load balancing) and security products (firewall, VPN, IPS, Anti?Virus, Application Control).Good Linux command line knowledge preferred.Experience with VSX, MDSM and Scalable Platforms preferred.Customer?oriented and post?sales experience with direct face?to?face service.Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and adapt to changes.Translate difficult technical concepts to an understandable format for non?technical persons.Ability to work independently.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
